OLEAN, N.Y.- – The University of Dayton women's tennis team will hit the road this weekend, traveling to Olean, N.Y., to face A-10 opponents Saint Joseph's and St. Bonaventure at the Outdoor Tennis Courts.
The Flyers will take on the Hawks on Saturday, followed by a matchup against the Bonnies on Sunday. Match times are to be announced.
Dayton enters the weekend with an 8-9 record after falling to Xavier 7-0 in their most recent match.
Saint Joseph's comes into the contest with a 3-11 record, following a narrow 4-2 defeat against Villanova. The Hawks' victories this season have come against Monmouth, Le Moyne, and Coppin State. Dayton has won the last two meetings between the two teams.
St. Bonaventure also holds a 3-11 record. The Bonnies were defeated 5-2 by Cleveland State in their most recent outing. Their three wins this season came against Niagara, Binghamton, and Ashland. Historically, the Flyers have dominated this matchup, holding a perfect 13-0 record against St. Bonaventure.
