OLEAN, N.Y.- The University of Dayton women's tennis team defeated Saint Joseph's 4-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Outdoor Tennis Courts in Olean, N.Y.
The Flyers secured the doubles point with a pair of hard-fought 6-4 victories.
In singles play, Dayton sealed the win with three solid performances. Senior
Neena Katauskas struck first with a 6-3, 6-3 victory at No. 2. Freshman Hayley Klein followed with a commanding 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 4. Junior Natalia Osiecki delivered the deciding blow, earning a 7-6 (3), 6-3 victory at No. 1 to clinch the match for the Flyers.
UP NEXT: Dayton will face conference opponent St. Bonaventure on Sunday, March 29, at the Outdoor Tennis Courts in Olean, N.Y. at 2:00 p.m.
