DAYTON - The 12th-ranked University of Dayton men's soccer team opened the 2025 season with a 0-0 draw against visiting Detroit Mercy Thursday night at Baujan Field. The Flyers were led by senior
Ethan Sassine with five shots, three of which came on goal.
After the tie, Dayton is now 0-0-1 on the season while Detroit Mercy also opens the year with a 0-0-1 mark.
