COLUMBUS, Ohio - The 25th-ranked University of Dayton men's soccer team extended it unbeaten streak to four games with a 1-1 draw against Oakland Sunday afternoon in the finale of Ohio State's Wolstein Classic. Junior Cooper Lijewski scored his first goal of the season on an assist from sophomore Andrew Armstrong.

Dayton moves to 1-0-3 on the season while Oakland is now 0-2-2 overall.

"We continue to be threatening in the attack but have to be more consistent in finishing," commented head coach Dennis Currier. "We had several chances to put the game away after going up 1-0. When you leave teams in the game, the momentum eventually shifts and Oakland was able to capitalize and tie the game."
