DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's basketball team fought hard and took the win over St. Bonaventure. After the back-and-forth battle, Dayton finished off the night with the win.
Dayton advances 11-10 to the season while St. Bonaventure moves to 12-10 overall.

GAME BREAKDOWN
1st Quarter: Dayton 15, St. Bonaventure 12
- Bonnies get on the board first, just under the one-minute mark to take the early lead.
- Liv Leung gets the Flyers on the board with a layup.
- Fatima Ibrahim gets a quick rebound and puts it right back up to tie the Bonnies 9-9.
- Nayo Lear energized the crowd with a three-pointer to keep the Flyer momentum going.
- Nicole Stephens comes clapping back to head into the second quarter with a 15-12 lead.Â
2nd Quarter: Dayton 32, St. Bonaventure 29
- Ajok Madol starts the Flyers off right in the second quarter with a jump shot.
- Stephens splashes a three to tie the game 24-24.
- Leung, with the assist from Jayda Johnson, put up a three.
- Stephens put up another lay-up to secure the three-point lead at halftime.
- Stephens led the Flyers in the first half with 15 points.

3rd Quarter: Dayton 55, St. Bonaventure 50
- Molly O'Riordan starts the second half with an offensive rebound to put the Flyers up 34-31.
- O'Riordan goes 2-2 at the line after being fouled.
- Leung puts up a three-point shot to push a five-point gap from the Bonnies.
- Leung from the top of the paint to extend the lead to 53-47 and get an uproar from the crowd.
- Shantavia Dawkins has the last move of the third quarter and puts up a two-point shot.Â
4th Quarter: Dayton 75, St. Bonaventure 71
- Ibrahim shoots the layup after Fatima on the fast break
- The Bonnies tied the game at 62 with five minutes remaining in the game.
- Lear went two for two at the free-throw line
- O'Riordan makes the best of a turnover and goes in for a layup
- Leung goes up for the jumper three-point shot and swishes it.
- Stephens erupts with the crowd with a late three-pointer to put the Flyers up 5 points heading into the last minute of the game.
- The Flyers beat the Bonnies 75-71 in a hard-fought battle.
