NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The University of Dayton men's cross country team placed 14th with two Top 25 finishes at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational on Friday. Eight men took time off personal bests.
Kamden Kramer crossed the finish line eighth in the Men's Gold Division 8,000-meter race, beating his personal best, 24:18.7. Senior Colin Sams shaved seconds off his personal best, finishing with a 25:44.7. Juniors Logan Arnold, who finished 23rd, Jacob Herzog, and Gerrit Dam all recorded 8K personal records. Freshmen Dawit Hailu and Kyle Brown both bested their collegiate debuts.
