DAYTON - The University of Dayton men's soccer team continues Atlantic 10 play Saturday as the Flyers travel to Pittsburgh for a contest against Duquesne. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Rooney Field.
ABOUT DAYTON
Dayton (6-2-3, 0-1-2 A-10) enters Saturday's matchup following a tough 4-3 loss to VCU last Saturday. Senior
Cooper Lijewski has been the Flyer's leading scorer this season, scoring 17 points with seven goals and three assists this season, while
Braden Seel has contributed 12 points of his own.
Sophomore
Santino Inkpen has logged 885 minutes across ten games between the posts and carries a 1.26 GAA with 37 saves on the season.
SCOUTING LA SALLE
La Salle enters Saturday's contest with a 5-2-2 overall record and a 2-1 mark in Atlantic 10 play after defeating George Mason 2-1 this past Saturday.
The Dukes are led offensively by junior forward Marko Rasmussen, who has scored three goals this season, while Jameson Michel has contributed two goals and an assist. Goalkeeper Sam Coss has logged all 810 minutes of the season between the posts, posting a .844 save percentage and an impressive 0.56 GAA.

Dayton leads 16-7-1.
The Flyers and Dukes last squared off on Oct. 30, 2021 in Dayton with UD claiming a 4-3 overtime win. The Flyers have won the last five matchups between the pair.
LAST TIME OUT
The University of Dayton's nine-game unbeaten streak came to a halt last Saturday with a 4-3 loss at home to VCU.
Sophomore
Pablo Martinez recorded a goal and an assist in the match, while
Cooper Lijewski also netted a goal. The Flyers fell despite outshooting the Rams fourteen to ten.
