DAYTON – The University of Dayton came up with a big Atlantic 10 win over Duquesne Friday morning, winning 4-3.
The Dukes won the doubles point to start the match, but the Flyers were able to win four matches in singles, with two wins going to third sets.
Montserrat Sierra, Kristen Chin, Mallory Hitchcock and Haley Klein picked up the singles wins to bring home the victory for the Flyers.
Dayton will be right back at it on Feb. 14, facing Ball State at 10 a.m. in Mason, Ohio.
