Women's Basketball Wins Thriller At Home

The Flyers Scored 24 Points In The Fourth Quarter

DAYTON —The University of Dayton women's basketball team hosted Saint Louis University in "a battle of the least turnovers," as Head Coach Tamika Williams-Jeter puts it. The Flyers played hard until the very end to secure a 65-63 victory over the Billikens.

The Flyers (14-12, 7-8 A-10) earned a crucial win in league play while the Billikens (11-17, 5-10 A-10) split the season series.

GAME BREAKDOWN
1st Quarter: Dayton 13, Saint Louis 19
  • Graduate Nicole Stephens sank a jump shot in the paint, following it up just seconds later with a lay-up off a fast break. Stephens puts the first four Flyer points on the board.
