DAYTON —The University of Dayton women's basketball team hosted Saint Louis University in "a battle of the least turnovers," as Head Coach
Tamika Williams-Jeter puts it. The Flyers played hard until the very end to secure a 65-63 victory over the
Billikens.
The Flyers (14-12, 7-8 A-10) earned a crucial win in league play while the Billikens (11-17, 5-10 A-10) split the season series.
GAME BREAKDOWN
1st Quarter: Dayton 13, Saint Louis 19
- Graduate Nicole Stephens sank a jump shot in the paint, following it up just seconds later with a lay-up off a fast break. Stephens puts the first four Flyer points on the board.
