DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's tennis team defeated Marquette on Friday morning, winning 4-0.

The bottom of the Flyers' lineup continues to be dominant, with Haley Klein clinching the match with a 6-0, 6-2 win in the No. 6 spot.

Dayton quickly won the doubles point, courtesy of wins by Mallory Hitchcock and Baby Jordan at No. 2 and Klein and Christian Chin at No. 3.

In addition to Klein's clinching win, Chin and Hitchcock won at No. 4 and No. 5 singles.

The Flyers will head to Cincinnati, facing Xavier at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28.
