WASHINGTON, D.C. – Baby Jordan of the University of Dayton women's tennis team was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.

Jordan went 3-1 in Dayton's 1-1 weekend, falling to Cleveland State and defeating Northern Kentucky.

The freshman won both singles matches in the No. 3 spot. Against the Vikings, she mounted a comeback in the third set for a 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 win. Over the Norse, she won 4-6, 6-2, 6-3.

At No. 2 doubles, she went 1-1 with Mallory Hitchcock, falling to Cleveland State 6-4 and defeating Northern Kentucky 6-2.
