DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team won its fifth-consecutive Atlantic 10 series Sunday with a 6-5 win over visiting St. Bonaventure. The Flyers have moved into second place in league standings with two league series left to play.
Dayton improves to 20-16 on the season and 10-8 in A-10 play while St. Bonaventure is now 6-35 overall and 5-10 in conference games.

Mickie Shively was the second Flyer with two hits and two RBI in the game

UP NEXT
Dayton will head to the Gateway City next weekend to take on the Saint Louis Billikens. UD and SLU will play a three-game conference series April 18-19 at Billiken Sports Center.
