ORLANDO, Fla. - The University of Dayton women's golf team finished in third place at the second annual Atlantic 10 Championship held April 20-22 at Evermore Resort Golf Club in Ordlando. Freshman
Etta Huffman led the Flyers with her fifth-place finish, earning her the Co-Most Outstanding Rookie Performer award. The three-round championship was competed at par 72 and 6,001 yards.
Richmond claimed the league's team title and berth into the NCAA Regionals with its team score of 307-303-305=915 (+51) and the Spiders' Maya Beasley earned medalist honors with her score of 73-72-76=221 (+5). The Flyers came in third with a team score of 318-319-315=952 (+88).
