Men’s Tennis Kicks Off The A-10 Championship On Thursday

Dayton Will Play No. 6-Seeded Duquesne

DAYTON – The University of Dayton men's tennis team will be the third seed in the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship at the United States Tennis Association National Campus in Lake Nona, Fla.

The Flyers will open their tournament campaign on Thursday, April 23 at 11:30 a.m., taking on No. 6-seeded Duquesne.

Dayton ended the regular season 16-6 overall and 5-0 against A-10 opponents, winning nine-straight matches to end the season. Kyle McNally leads the Flyers with a 24-4 overall singles record, going 17-1 in the duals season. The junior won 17-straight matches this spring, all from the first court. Dylan Jaen and Mikkel Zinder led UD with a 14-4 overall doubles record with a 10-3 record in duals.

Duquesne is the sixth seed with a 7-10 overall record and a 2-3 record against conference opponents. The Flyers defeated the Dukes 4-0 in Pittsburgh, Pa. at the end of March.

The winner of the match will play on Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m., taking on the winner of Saint Joseph's versus Fordham.
