Kate Kastelic recorded her first Dayton complete-game shutout in the circle for the Flyers.
Dayton improves to 22-21 on the season while Miami is now 35-16 overall.

Dayton will close out its five-game non-conference stretch Wednesday as it welcomes Akron to town on Wednesday. The Flyers and Zips will get underway April 29 at 3 p.m. at UD Softball Stadium and admission is free.Â
