LOUISVILLE – The University of Dayton volleyball team was bested in three sets by Louisville, the sixth-ranked program in the country (14-25, 14-25, 11-25).

Dayton took advantage of service errors from the Cardinals in the first set, tallying four. Charlotte Vinson worked hard from the right pin, scoring for the Flyers on four kills.

In the first two sets, the Flyers started with 2-0 leads, getting on the board with kills by Kamryn Hunt and Vinson.

Louisville started the third set on a 7-0 run, holding onto their lead to take the match in three.
