Cooper Lijewski recorded the brace, his first career multi-goal match, while sophomore keeper
Santino Inkpen recorded his first career clean sheet in the win for the Flyers.
Dayton improves to 5-1-2 on the season while Northern Kentucky moves to 1-6-1 overall.

Dayton will hit the road for the first time in over a month to return to A10 play against La Salle. The Flyers have taken each of the last two contests between the schools. UD and La Salle will get underway just after 1 p.m. on Sept. 26 at McCarthy Stadium in Philadelphia, Pa.Â
