Nick Spiliotis was added to the Dayton baseball staff as the Manager of Baseball Operations in September 2018 after two seasons as a member of the team, appearing in 15 games for the Flyers, following a successful high school and club baseball careers in his native Colorado.
As the Manager of Baseball Operations, Spiliotis assists with day-to-day responsibilities for the baseball program, including managing Synergy and Rapsodo - the Flyers new, advanced video analytical systems, which are utilized by many MLB and SEC programs. Nick creates the competitive analysis to aid the Dayton coaching staff's efforts, enabling Coach King to develop a game strategy based on statistical and video data delivered through the Synergy system.
Nick majors in Sports Management and hopes to become part of a professional sports organizations after his 2020 graduation. Nick will play for the Greek National Baseball team in 2019 as they compete in Europe for qualification to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
