Coach Marquis is in his third stint with the Flyers after four seasons with Randolph-Macon College and Wittenberg University, where he served as a linebackers coach and special team’s coordinator. A defensive end coach for Dayton in 2011 and 2012, Marquis will now work with linebackers.
Originally from Bridgeville, Pa., Marquis earned his bachelor's degree in education from Kent State in 2006, where he was a student member of the Kent State staff during his time as an undergraduate. He also earned a master’s degree in sport and recreation management at his alma mater in 2010 while serving as a graduate assistant football coach.
