• Earned three letters in football in his high school career
• Two-year captain
• Two-time two-way All-Catawba Shores Conference
• Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a senior
• Had 120 tackles, 13 TFL, four interceptions and two forced fumbles as a senior
• Also ran for 300 yards and scored five TD
• 170  yards and four scores came in the regular-season finale when he was pressed into duty at QB (wearing number 44, no less) and led is team to a win in a rivalry game
• Team won conference championship in 2022
• First CTK senior in school history to play Division I football
• Two-time All-Conference in lacrosse
• Male recipient for the Alan Blattner Award, a school-wide award for spirit and excellence

• Son of Tony and Julie Yenichek
• Has a sister -- Katie
• Dad played on two Flyer PFL championship teams in the early 90’s
• Majoring in Sport Management
• Has been to all 50 states
