At Dayton:
2014
Tensley played in two games for the Flyers during the 2014 season. He was also named the recipient of the 59th Lt. Andy Zulli Memorial Trophy, the most prestigious award in the University of Dayton football program.

2013
Tensley appeared in four games for the Flyers in 2013. He was an Arthur Ashe Sport Scholar. 

2012
Tensley appeared in one game for the Flyers during the 2012 season.

2011
Tensley did not appear for the Flyers in 2011, after redshirting his freshman year. He is a three-time member of the PFL Academic Honor Roll.

Personal:
Son of Sam and Sylena Tensley...Born on August 20, 1992...Majoring in Mechanical Engineering…Tensley was a member of both the football and track teams. His football team was the conference champion. In track, the team finished as the 2010 state runners-up while Tensley’s relay team won the state title in the 4x100 event.
