At Dayton:

Herak did not appear in any games for the Flyers this season.

2013
Herak was named the ROTC Cannonball Award winner, which goes to the team’s top newcomer. A transfer from Coastal Carolina, Herak immediately positioned himself on the depth chart at the beginning of the 2013 season and saw action in three games.

At Coastal Carolina: 
Herak redshirted the 2012 season. He maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA in both of his semesters.

Personal:
Son of Chris and Jayne Herak...Born October 26, 1993...Majoring in Pre-Med…Herak, a three-year letter winner in football in high school, was a member of St. Ignatius' state championship team as a senior in 2011. He has a career goal of becoming either an orthopedic surgeon or an anesthesiologist.
