A preseason Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Selection, Duru ranked fifth in scoring for UD with two goals... Posted seven shots on goal on 10 total shots... Scored the game-winning goal against St. Bonaventure on Oct. 24... Played in 13 games, making one start.

Prior to UD
Named a Top Drawer Soccer Top 100 Prospect... A three-year letter winner, he led Hillgrove to three consecutive state tournaments including the 2009 Final Four... Hillgrove was 43-19-1 during his three seasons... In two seasons he scored 21 goals and had 16 assists... Led Cobb FC to the 2008 Regional quarterfinals... In 2006 he won the Dallas Cup with Cobb FC and in 2002 he led Cobb FC to a State Championship... Selected to the U-14 and U-15 U.S. National Team Training Camp... Was a member of Georgia ODP from 2004-2007... Played in Mexico and Spain with Georgia ODP in 2004 and 2005.
