2014: The senior played in 20 games this season, logging 707 minutes played… Recorded two goals and two assists, doubling her totals from last season

2013: Played in 12 games this season, totaling 219 minutes played... Recorded one goal, against Cincinnati (08/30), and tallied one assist, against Wright State (09/15)... Played a season-high 34 minutes against Richmond (09/28).

2012: Rose saw her first action of the season in the 5-1 win against UTSA (08/19) and played in a total of eight games as a defender during her second season as a Flyer.

2011: Played her first game October 23 in 7-1 win against Temple… Saw action as a defender in four games as a rookie.

Coach Tucker’s Take on Chelsea: "While primarily a central defender in her high school and club careers, we believe that Chelsea will be a very productive wide attacking player. She is very quick, excellent on the ball and is a strong competitor."

Prior to UD: Was a four-year varsity player and starter for Walnut Hills High School...named team captain and MVP her senior year...was a two-time First Team FAVC selection in 2009 and 2010...earned the FAVC All-Conference Academic Award in 2010 and was selected for the 2010 Senior All-Star Game...was also named an honorable mention D-I All-Southwest Division selection...she was named captain and MVP of her club team Tri-State Futbol Alliance.

Personal: Parents are Vivian George and Mary Jo Rose...has an older sister, Jennifer Sprague, an older brother, Michael Sprague, and a younger sister, Laura Rose...born Oct. 17, 1992...Major: intervention specialist (special education).
