Avery Rice joins the University of Dayton women's soccer staff in the fall of 2023 as a graduate assistant, primarily serving in a director of operations capacity.

Rice joins the Flyers after playing collegiately at NCAA Division II Ohio Dominican in Columbus, Ohio. In three years on the pitch with the Panthers she played in 37 games, registering two assists and seven shots on goal.

While serving in her staff capacity at UD, Rice will be pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the long-term goal of working in sports counseling.
