Biography

2014: The senior was ranked 15th in the Preseason TopDrawerSoccer.com Atlantic 10 All-Conference Top 20 Team… Appeared in 14 games, scoring a goal and one assist while maintaining a solid defensive presence in the midfield before a season-ending knee injury at George Mason (Oct. 12)… Was named to the Academic All-Ohio Third Team.

2013: Played and started in all 21 games on the season... Scored one goal on the year, coming in a 5-4 victory over VCU (11/07)... Recorded the team’s fourth-most minutes played with 1,868, which resulted in her playing every possible minute in 16 of 21 games... Had 25 shots, with 10 of them being shots-on-goal, good for a 40 percent shots-on-goal percentage, which ranked fourth among teammates who tallied at least 25 shots on the year.

2012: The sophomore midfielder played in all 20 games for the Flyers…She scored her fourth career goal against Massachusetts (11/01) in the A-10 Championship First Round game.

2011: Scored her first collegiate goal in Dayton’s 7-2 win against Middle Tennessee… The midfielder tallied her second goal and first assist (8/26) in a 3-0 win against Loyola- Chicago… Scored her third and final goal (10/28) in a 3-0 win versus Saint Louis... Saw action in 20 games, starting in one of them as a freshman.

Coach Tucker’s Take on Haley: “Haley Keller has a great combination of athleticism, technical skills and tactical awareness which enables her to excel in any area of the field. She has the ability to compete at the highest levels while remaining calm under pressure. We feel that Haley will make an immediate contribution to our success.”

Prior to UD: Was a two-time Indiana Soccer Coaches Association (ISCA) All-State First Team selection and Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association All-State First Team honoree, earning the honors in 2009 and 2010...was also honored with ISCA All-District First Team, All-Conference First Team, All-Hamilton County First Team, Indianapolis Star All-North First Team selections in 2009 and 2010...she was a team captain in 2010 and also selected to the Indianapolis Star Super Team...she led Noblesville High School to a 63-8-5 record during her tenure...she also led her Carmel United Soccer Club to the Indiana State Cup Championship six times...in 2007, her club team was the U.S. Youth Soccer Region II Champions and went on to place third in the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship...she played for the ODP Indiana State Team from 2005-2009...she was also a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Janelle Keller...father, Mark, was an All-American track standout at Northwestern and mother, Janelle, ran cross country and track at Northwestern...has an older brother Brandon and two younger sisters, Sophia and Isabella...born Jan. 22, 1993...Major: biology.
