2012: The freshman forward played in nine games, while racking up 115 minutes of playing time...Krejsa earned her first career assist and point against UTSA (08/19).

Coach Tucker's Take On Katie: “Katie has the size, strength and athleticism to compete immediately. She is very active, sound technically and understands how to create space for herself or her teammates. She is willing and capable of running at defenders and can finish chances. Katie will bring a “target” forward ability to our attack.”

Prior to UD: Katie was named Honorable Mention All-Conference (Illinois North Suburban Conference in) in 2007...led Adlai E. Stevenson High School to a conference championship in 2008, while also earning the All-Illinois High School Association Scholastic Achievement Award for Athletes and All-Conference Academic...earned All-Sectional accolades in 2010...her club team FCX Soccer Club was FC Milwaukee Semi-Finalists and MRL First Division- Runner Up in 2010...helped her team win the Ohio Elite Showcase, FC Milwaukee, CASL Showcase and Palatine Celtic Cup Championships in 2011, while also leading her team to a State Cup Quarter-Finalist finish in the same year.
