2011: Played in her first collegiate game as a defender versus Saint Louis (10/28).
Coach Tucker’s Take on Lindsay: "Lindsay was the defensive anchor for her outstanding St. Ursula High School team and will step into a central defender role with the Flyers. Lindsay reads the game well, makes good decisions and can keep possession."
Prior to UD: Was a varsity captain her senior year at St. Ursula Academy...led her squad to two consecutive GGCL championships and two District titles...her team was ranked No. 1 in the nation and No. 1 in the final state Ohio polls two years in a row...she was a Second Team All-Star...she played for Classics Hammer FC in the MRL Premier Division from 2010-11 and for the MRL First Division Champions in 2009...was also a member of National Honor Society and won her school’s Physical Education Award...was accepted into the UD Honors Program.
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Cindy Silva...has an older sister Kelly and a younger brother Jack...her great grandfather was Jack Brown, a 1926 graduate of University of Dayton, who played basketball, football and served as an administrator...Born July 30, 1993...Major: Business.
