Head coach Tim Horsmon announced the addition of Jason Reilly to his staff prior to the 2016 season. Reilly serves as the program's volunteer assistant coach and enters his second season on staff in 2017.

"We're really excited about Jason and the experience he brings to our program," commented Horsmon. "He has worked hard at his craft while at Premier the last few years and has also worked with collegiate student-athletes and programs while at Ohio and Toledo. Jason is knowledgeable and seems to be a good teacher of the game. He wants to learn and make this his career path, and I believe that with his drive and personality he will do just that."

Reilly most recently held the position of assistant coach Toledo and has spent the past three summers serving as the director of club development, fundraising coordinator and assistant strength and conditioning coach for Premier Volleyball Academy in Maumee, Ohio. During his time at Premier, Reilly served as a head coach for various age groups as well as organizing a male volleyball program at the academy.

Prior to his work at Premier, Reilly served as a student assistant coach at Ohio for its men's club volleyball program from 2008-11. He also was involved for the Bobcats' women's team as a practice player in 2009, a student volunteer assistant in 2010 and student manager in 2011. Ohio reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament in the 2009 and 2010 campaigns.

Reilly, a native of Mason, Ohio, graduated from Ohio University in 2013 with a degree in athletic training.
