Job Responsibilities: Serves as the athletic trainer for the volleyball and softball programs.
Past Experience: In her time at Wright State she gained four years of hands on experience at the high school and college levels. She worked with various local high schools, surrounding universities, camps and clinics.
Education: Fater earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Wright State University in 2019 and is set to earn a master's degree in 2021 from the University of Dayton.
Personal: Caitlin is an Ohio licensed and board certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. She has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 2015. She graduated from Crystal Lake South High School, northwest of the Chicago area. Fater currently resides in Beavercreek, Ohio.
