The Dayton Flyers women’s golf team released its 2012 spring schedule featuring tournaments in North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio.
Head Coach
Sally Kosters and the Flyers open the spring campaign at the UD/Hilton Head Spring Invitational. The one-day event takes place on Sunday, March 4 in Bluffton, S.C.
UD then heads back to the Land of Lincoln to compete in the Southern Illinois Saluki Invitational. The 36-hole tournament will be held March 25-26 in Carbondale, Ill.
Up next is the Eastern Kentucky Invitational from April 6-7 at the Arlington Country Club in Richmond, Ky. The last time the Flyers competed in the EKU Invite was back during the 2009 spring campaign.
The Flyers then head back to Ohio to contend at the Bowling Green State Falcon Invite from April 14-15. The event will take place at the Stone Ridge Country Club in Bowling Green, Ohio. Last season at the BGSU Invite, UD placed in eighth.
Dayton wraps up the spring campaign at the Colonial Athletic Association Championship from April 20-22. The tournament will be held in at the St. James Plantation in Southport, N.C.
