DAYTON, Ohio - The University of Dayton men's soccer team will host a pair of Atlantic 10 opponents in the final home games of the regular season this weekend. On Friday, UD will celebrate senior night before facing Duquesne (7-5, 2-1 A10) at 7 p.m. Sunday, the Flyers host St. Bonaventure (7-6-1, 1-2 A10) at 2:30 p.m.
Friday is not only Senior Night, but also a Red Out Night. Sunday will have number of promotions with a Free Scarf Raffle and Halloween Costume Contest. Kids in attendance in their costume will also be given candy.

THE LAST TIME OUT
The Flyers sufferd the first loss of the season, 3-1, at Saint Louis last Saturday. It was the first road game in over a month for Dayton as
Amass Amankona's late goal was not enough to overcome an early 3-0 deficit to the Billikens.
ABOUT THE DUKES
Duquesne enters the weekend with a 7-5 record overall and a 2-1 A10 mark. First-year head coach
Chase Brooks has helped the Dukes to wins over St. Bonaventure and Saint Joseph's in their last two contests.
With only two seniors and a young roster overall, Duquesne leads the league in save percentage (.813) and shutout percentage (.50). Goalkeeper Sam Frymier has played a big role in that with 60 saves in 12 starts. Josh Ellis is the leading scorer for the Dukes with three goals on the season.
ABOUT THE BONNIES
St. Bonaventure is 7-6-1 overall and coming off a pair of tough losses at La Salle and Duquesne. This will be the fifth road contest in six games on Sunday after hosting Saint Louis Friday.
The Bonnies are second in the A10 in total goals (25) and toatl points (69), trailing only Dayton in those categories. Emmett O'Connor leads the way with six goals while Brad Vanino and Nicholas Perillo have five goals apiece.
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
Dayton is currently ranked receiving votes in the NSCAA poll released Tuesday. The Flyers dropped out of the rankings after being No. 24 last week. UD also boasts the No. 4 scoring offense in the nation with a 2.31 goals per game average.
CONFERENCE STATISTICAL RANKINGS
Dayton leads the Atlantic 10 in assists per game (1.85), points per game (6.46), scoring offense (2.31), total assists (24), total goals (30), and total points (84). Individually,
Abe Keller is second in the A10 in assists per game (0.54), goals per game (0.54), points per game (1.62), total assists (7), and total points (21).
Chris Froschauer is also No. 3 in goals against average (0.805) and No. 4 in save percentage (0.807).

OFF TO A FAST START
Dayton jumped out to a 10-0 record at the start of the 2013 season and outscored opponents 28-7 on the year through the first 10 games. That marks the best start in school history.
HAUPT'S CONTRIBUTION
Flyer freshman
James Haupt earned Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors on Sept. 16 after scoring the game-winning goal for Dayton against Detroit. That goal also clinched a share of the MSU Tournament title.
SECOND STRAIGHT TITLE
Dayton competed in its second tournament on Sept. 13 and 15, and picked up its second straight tournament championship by winning a share of the Missouri State Tournament title with wins over Western Ilinois (2-0) and Detroit (1-0).

Eddie Jones earned the teams' Red Jersey. An award presented to the best performer in the preseason for UD. Players accumulate points in games, practices and team challenges.
WINNINGEST COACH
Head Coach
Dennis Currier became UD's winningest soccer coach in 2011 recording win number 66, surpassing former head coach Roy Craig who had 65 wins from 1988-1995. In addition, Currier's wins came in 130 games, which was 31 games less than Craig. Currier holds a .711 lifetime winning percentage with a combined record of 277-103-35.

This year's Flyer squad features 10 international players. Dayton has student-athletes from Canada, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Netherlands, Jamica, Costa Rica, Sweden and Switzerland.
