The Flyers posted a team score of 303-307 (+34) to finish in 13th place and senior
George Rohde, III, was the squad's top finisher in a tie for 32nd with rounds of 73 and 78 (151, +7).
The host Bearcats claimed top team honors with a score of 289-283=572 (-4) competing on their home course of Traditions Golf Club, which was played at par 72 and 7,150 yards. UC's Baxter Reeves picked up medalist accolades with a two round total of 73-67=140 (-4).
Sophomore
Nick Paxson fired rounds of 75 and 77 for the tournament, posting an eight-over-par total of 152 to finish in a tie for 38th overall. Junior
Thomas Goss also tied for 38th place, turning in rounds of 77 and 75 (152, +8).
Freshman
Erron Vandemore carded an 11-over total of 155 with rounds of 78 and 77 to finish tied for 54th place and senior
Will Chambers rounded out the team's scoring with his rounds of 79 and 78 (157, +13) finishing in a tie for 65th place.
The Flyers return to action Oct. 13 and 14 when they take part in the Western Kentucky Kenny Perry Invitational. The two-day event will be held at The Club at Olde Stone in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
