SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - The University of Dayton men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Loyola Whistling Straits Intercollegiate. The Flyers finished with a total team score of 295-315-313 = 923 (+59). Towson University won the tournament with a total team score of 295-295-317 = 907 (+3). Junior Nick Paxson was the top golfer for the Flyers. He finished sixth overall with a nine-over-par.
 
Dayton Individual Results: 
Nick Paxson placed sixth with rounds of 72-76-77 = 225 (+9)
Ryan Flick tied for 13^th with rounds of 76-81-73 = 230 (+14)
Tripp French tied for 19^th with rounds of 72-80-80 = 132 (+16)
Thomas Goss tied for 30^th with rounds of 75-78-84 = 237 (+21)
Brendan Keating placed 42^nd with rounds of 79-82-83 = 244 (+28)
