DADE CITY, Fla. - After heavy rain, the second round of play at the Ball State Earl Yestingsmeier Match Play event was suspended Monday evening for the University of Dayton men's golf team. The two-day event is being held at Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club on the par-72, 7,153-yard South Course.
Dayton squared off against Toledo in the first round, falling 4.5-1.5. Second round play will resume Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. and the third round has been canceled.
In the second round, Dayton is matched with Ohio. The Bobcats are currently leading the Flyers, 4.5-1.5.

Nick Paxson defeated Toledo's Otto Black 3&2 while freshman
Erron Vandemore ended his match all square with Ty Colin Joseph.
