Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. – The University of Dayton softball team (10-8) defeated North Florida (15-9) on Sunday to conclude play in the USF Under Armour Showcase in Clearwater, Florida.  The Flyers won all five games in Florida over the weekend.

Senior Tiffany Ricks was clutch at the plate for the Flyers on Sunday.  Ricks went 2-for-3 with all three RBI and two home runs against the Ospreys.

Freshman Manda Cash got the win on the mound for the Flyers coming in as the relief.  Cash pitched four innings, faced 13 batters and fanned ten.

The Flyers defeated North Florida 3-2 and are now on a five game winning streak.
 
Dayton will travel to Morehead State and play a doubleheader on March 11, 2015.
