Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

DAYTON BLANKED BY OHIO STATE FRIDAY, 2-0

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's soccer team fell at Ohio State on Friday, 2-0.

The Flyers (5-4-1) allowed a goal in each half to the Buckeyes (2-4-2), sending Dayton back home with the loss.
 
KEY STATS
• The Buckeye out-shot the Flyers seven to five in the first half.
• Dayton committed eight fouls in the first 45 minutes compared to OSU's three fouls.
• The Flyers doubled their shot total in the second half with 12 attempts, and finished with 17 in the contest.
• Goalkeeper Justin Saliba recorded two saves in the game.
• Junior James Haupt led UD with four shot attempts.

• 45th Minute – Yaw Amankwa scored off a deflection in the box with a header, his first of the season. (Dayton 0, OSU 1)
