KINGSTON, R.I. – The University of Dayton women's soccer team earned its league-record 10th Atlantic 10 Championship with a 7-0 win over the No. 1 seed Saint Joseph's Sunday at URI Soccer Complex.
The Flyers improve to 9-9-3 overall and dealt the Hawks just their second loss of the season, 18-2-2.
"In my 25 years this is the single-best performance I've ever seen by a Dayton team," said Head Coach
Mike Tucker, who is retiring after the conclusion of the 2016 season. "The girls played gutsy. They're doing everything right now and it's so neat to see them have success now."

Micayla Livingston headed a ball past the keeper on a perfect service from
Nadia Pestell to give UD a 2-0 lead at the half. (Dayton 2, Saint Joseph's 0).

Caroline Mink dribbled down the flank and found Leedom who tapped it in near side below the diving keeper. (Dayton 3, Saint Joseph's 0).

Alexis Kiehl scored her A-10 leading 19th goal of the season with a toe poke under the keeper after Leedom's pass landed at her feet on the run. (Dayton 4, Saint Joseph's 0).
• 69th minute – Kiehl scored after a pass from Livingston. It marks the fifth time this season the junior has scored multiple goals in a game. (Dayton 5, Saint Joseph's 0).
• 70th minute – After a giveaway, Leedom notched a hat trick with a lofting shot over the keeper's head and right under the crossbar. (Dayton 6, Saint Joseph's 0).

Meghan Blank dribbled down to the end line and crossed it into the box.
