FLYERS SUFFER 6-4 DEFEAT TO SPARTANS

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The University of Dayton Baseball team drops a late loss at USC-Upstate on Saturday.

The Flyers managed to tie the game up at 4-4 in the fifth, but two runs in the eighth handed Dayton its second loss of the season.

SCORING BREAKDOWN
  • Top of 2nd – Cam Silva plates Matt Poland on an RBI groundout up the middle, scoring his teammate from third. Dayton 1, USC-Upstate 0
