HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The University of Dayton men's golf team completed the first day of play at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate Tournament. Dayton finished the day in 11^th place with rounds of 303-293 = 596 (+20).

The Flyers moved up three spots on the leaderboard in the second round. Campbell sits in first place with scores of 286-282= 568 (-8).

Juniors Caleb Wolters and Nick Paxson were the top performers for Dayton on day one, as both are currently tied for 28^th place. Wolters and Paxson both finished with rounds of 75-73 = 148 (+4).
