LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – The University of Dayton women's golf team defeated IPFW 4-1 in the third round of the MAC Match Play Challenge on Tuesday.

Coach's Quote
"This tournament is one of the few match play events in college golf and out first match play experience as a team," said head coach Sally Kosters. "Though we lost our first two rounds, we played great. The mano y mano nature of play brings out a different kind of competition where you can be up one minute and down the next so it was exciting. Winning four matches in the third round was really fun and good preparation for the rest of the season."
