WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The University of Dayton men's golf team will travel to play in the Kingsmill Intercollegiate tournament hosted by William & Mary on March 20-22. The tournament will be played at the Kingsmill Resort River Course, a course that measures 6,765 yards with a par of 70. This year's field includes 24 teams, with each team playing one round of 18 holes each day.
Dayton will send senior
Thomas Goss, junior
Nick Paxson, sophomores
Tripp French and
Brendan Keating, and freshman
Ryan Flick to the tournament.
Last year, Paxson, Goss, and Keating all played in the tournament. Paxson carded a career-low 67 in the final round to tie for 48
th place. Goss finished one stroke behind Paxson to tie for 54
th place, and Keating tied for 69
th place. As a team, the Flyers finished tied for 13
th place out of 30 teams.
There will be no live stats at this year's tournament, but the results will be posted to daytonflyers.com at the completion of each round.
