FLYERS FALL 7-2 TO BILLIKENS

DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton baseball team lost the second game of the Atlantic 10 conference series to Saint Louis Saturday, 7-2.

The Flyers (5-16, 0-2 A-10) dropped the second game of the series to the Billikens (11-12, 2-0 A-10)

SCORING BREAKDOWN
  • Top of 1st – Saint Louis got on the board in the opening inning with an RBI single to right-center. Dayton 0, Saint Louis 1
  • Top of 3rd – The Billikens doubled their lead, scoring on a throwing error by UD. Dayton 0, Saint Louis 2

  • Bottom of 9th – The Flyers started their rally attempt with two outs as Mitch Coughlin ripped an RBI double to left-center. Dayton 2, Saint Louis 7
