DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton baseball team fell to George Washington University in the series opener on Friday, 4-2.
The Flyers (13-26, 4-9 A-10) trailed the Colonials (18-21, 7-3 A-10) throughout the entire contest.

- Top of 2nd – The Colonials opened the scoring with an RBI single to right field. Dayton 0, GW 1
