DAYTON – The University of Dayton kept its undefeated streak at Baujan Field alive with a 2-0 win over Davidson Sunday in Atlantic 10 Conference action.Â
The Flyers improve to 7-5-1 overall and 2-1-1 in the A-10. Dayton is 5-0 this season in home matches and has yet to give up a goal at Baujan Field. The Wildcats drop to 2-11-0 and 0-4-0 in league play.Â

We're happy with the result today, two nil against Davidson, but we are not satisfied with the performance. I thought we were a little bit complacent in finishing them off earlier. The tempo we were playing at, I thought we could have had a little bit more urgency and a little bit more bite. We could have done a better job of setting the tone with our possession. We're happy to get another win at home and another shutout. We're doing some things well that allow that to happen, but we're capable of better than we showed today. As we wind down the next three weeks of our season, we know the level of competition is going to be fierce for conference standings, and we know that our level of competition, in terms of the matches of who and where we play, they're going to be a challenge and they are going to stretch us.Â

• UD hits the road for the next two matches. First, the Flyers will face Saint Louis on Thursday, Oct. 5. The game will be played at Robert R. Hermann Stadium with an 8 p.m. ET kickoff.
