DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's soccer team won big in its final regular season home match of the season with a 5-1 victory over visiting Richmond at Baujan Field.
Five different Flyers scored and UD is now 8-8-2 overall and 3-4-2 in the conference play, while the Spiders drop to 2-13-1 and 2-6-1.
KEY STATS
- Keagin Collie, Alexis Kiehl, and Caroline Mink each scored in the first half to give Dayton a commanding 3-0 lead.
- Richmond scored first in the second half, but Dayton answered with goals from Micayla Livingston and Kaitlynn Kiehl.
- The Flyers outshot the Spiders, 18-7, including 13-3 on goal.
- This marked the first time the Kiehl twins have scored in the same collegiate match in their four-year careers.
- Dayton outscored opponents 19-5 this season at Baujan Field.
