DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton women's golf team will host the Dayton Hilton Head Invite on Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5.
 
The two-day competition will take place on Hilton Head Island, S.C. at the Berkeley Hall Golf Club on the North and South Courses. 
 
The tournament will be a 36-hole, head-to-head competition between the Flyers and Appalachian State. Dayton will have a five-member team with three individuals, and Appalachian State will have a five-member team with two individuals.
 
Last season, the Flyers placed second in the Hilton Head Invite after one round of competition with a total team score of 336, only to be outdone by the Appalachian State women's golf team who scored a 327.
