RALEIGH, N.C. – The University of Dayton track and field team closed out the prestigious N.C. State Raleigh Relays with a school record by a freshman.

Highlights
•   Freshman Lillian Cook, in her first-ever collegiate meet, achieved a school record in the javelin with her mark of 41.82m.
•    Redshirt sophomore Erin Reese had the third-best throw in UD program history in the hammer with a PR of 56.76 to take fifth place.
