Box Score LAKE NONA, Fla. – The University of Dayton men's tennis team gave a tremendous effort on Saturday afternoon, but ultimately fell short against No. 1 Richmond, falling 4-1 at the USTA National Training Center.

• Richmond took the doubles point with a 6-3 win at No. 1 and 6-1 win at No. 3.
• The Spiders won at No. 2, 4 and 5 singles to secure the win and spot in the A-10 Championship match.
