NORMAL, Ill. – The University of Dayton scored seven runs in the first two innings of play on Friday afternoon, riding that momentum to a 10-2 victory over Illinois State at Duffy Bass Field.
Senior Cale Dineen finished the game 4-for-5 with four runs driven in, both career-bests, while
Austin Cline spun a gem, going eight innings and allowing only two runs on five hits.
